Utah Neighborhoods
Salt Lake City

Not only does Utah have a booming economy, it has the country's best backyard! It is the only place you can live and work in the city and within 45 minutes access over a dozen world class ski resorts. Within a few hours you can access five national parks and some of the best landscapes the planet has to offer.
In addition to hosting the Winter Olympics in 2002 Salt Lake is vying for them again in 2030. Salt Lake City also has a nightlife (YES, I said it!). Salt Lake City has an amazing restaurant and bar scene that continues to grow and impress. Utah recently legalized medicinal marijuana as well so you know the state has broken out of its shell!
Whether you are looking to live in the city or in the mountains or looking to invest in a second home in a resort area, you have many opportunities to own real estate where you can live, work, and play.

Downtown
The heart of the revitalized Salt Lake is found downtown, where a clean and bustling scene bursting with shops, restaurants and nightlife hotspots serves as the center of your Salt Lake experience. Downtown Salt Lake is full of unexpected surprises, with a steady stream of art gallery hops and festivals, a ripe and juicy Downtown Farmers Market and chic adventures awaiting on the Ski City Downtown Bar Crawl Challenge.
Sugarhouse
One of Salt Lake’s oldest neighborhoods includes an array of shops, restaurants and condos and an amazing artisan flair. Sugar House is a diverse, eclectic lineup of art galleries, bookstores and boutiques in its now-booming business district. The centerpiece of the neighborhood is the breathtaking and scenic Sugar House Park, 110 acres of gorgeous rolling hills packed with bike trails, lakes and forest, all surrounded by spectacular views of the majestic Wasatch Mountains.
The Avenues
Few US cities are laid out as easily and intuitively as Salt Lake, but there’s nowhere easier to get around than the perfectly grid-like and inviting neighborhood called The Avenues. Perhaps the quirkiest and artsiest neighborhood of Salt Lake, The Avenues combines beautiful historic residential neighborhoods with hip contemporary features like yoga and pilates studios, spas and bed-and-breakfasts.
Capitol Hill
The highest levels of hipness are attained at Capitol Hill, the neighborhood that offers an unforgettable high-elevation view of the entire Salt Lake metropolitan area from Ensign Peak.
University | Foothill
There’s a true college town energy in the University/Foothill neighborhood, home of the esteemed University of Utah campus and 30,000 of the coolest college kids you’ll ever meet. The clubs, bars and restaurants mix a college and professional vibe; vintage and indie shops preserve a counterculture beat; and art museums, arboretums and theaters make University/Foothill one of Salt Lake’s can’t-miss cultural hubs.
Park City
World class skiing and the Sundance Film Festival. Its town's roots run deep in the silver mining industry. This town is truly remarkable in how it strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort and carries an artistic vibe and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
Mayflower | Jordanelle

In 2017, Extell Development Company, one of the largest developers out of New York City, purchased thousands of acres of land near Deer Valley Resort. The stunning area will soon turn into a world class four-season resort community covering over 6,800 acres bringing world class glade terrain, 18 new lifts, luxury resort village, dining, shopping, entertainment, the largest ski beach in the world, and over 1,500 homes.
